Why I built this
I was tired of note-taking apps. Tired of organizing folders, keeping things up to date, maintaining a system that always felt like more work than the actual thinking.
Sometimes I have an idea and I want to send a voice note. Sometimes I sketch something on a whiteboard and just want to take a photo. Sometimes I read an article online and want to save it without thinking about where it goes.
I didn't need another app. I needed something that lives where I already am — a chat interface I already know how to use, where I can send any kind of media, and it just... remembers.
So I built pensabot. It's a chatbot that becomes your second brain. No new interfaces to learn. No organization required. Just send and ask.
I want it to be self-hostable for anyone. And it's on the roadmap to support open-source models that can run wherever you want — your laptop, your server, your rules.
